How do I earn RefrigerationGo reward points?

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. New customer accounts also receive 100 welcome points.

Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes. Your customer account connects eligible purchases with your Rewards balance so you can track points and available rewards.

How can I check my points balance?

Sign in to your customer account and open the Rewards section to view your current points, available rewards, and recent activity.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Once you have enough points, open your Rewards account, select an available discount, and follow the redemption instructions.

What discounts can I redeem?

Current reward levels include $10 off for 500 points, $20 off for 1,000 points, and $50 off for 2,000 points.

Is there a minimum order value?

Some rewards require a minimum qualifying order value. The applicable requirement will be shown before redemption.

Can rewards be used with other discount codes?
