To ensure a safer and more reliable shopping experience, we offer Shipping Protection Insurance in partnership with our third-party provider, Xcotton. By adding this service at checkout, your order will receive additional coverage, and you may contact Xcotton directly in case of any shipping issues.
1. Coverage
With Shipping Protection, your order is fully covered during transit. Coverage includes (but is not limited to):
- Lost Packages – Compensation if your order is lost during shipping.
- Damaged Products – Compensation for products damaged in transit.
- Unforeseen Events – Coverage for loss or damage caused by force majeure (e.g., traffic accidents).
2. How to Purchase
At checkout, you may select Shipping Protection. The service fee will be added automatically to your total order amount. Please note that protection is per order and applies only to the products included in that order.
3. Claims Process
- Contact Xcotton: If your order is lost or damaged, contact Xcotton immediately using your Shipping Protection service number. You will also receive their claims guide and contact details after purchase.
- Required Documents: Depending on the case, you may need to provide supporting evidence such as courier confirmation, photos of the damaged product, or other documentation as outlined in Xcotton’s claims guide.
4. Liability Statement
Once Shipping Protection is purchased, Xcotton assumes responsibility for shipping-related loss or damage. We will provide all necessary order information to assist you, but the claims process will be managed directly by Xcotton.
5. Terms & Exclusions
- Applicable Terms: All claims are subject to Xcotton’s official terms and conditions. Please review these carefully before purchasing.
- Exclusions: Claims may not be accepted in cases such as incorrect delivery information, intentional damage, or other circumstances listed in Xcotton’s policies.
6. Cancellation
- If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel Shipping Protection and receive a refund for the fee.
- If your order has already shipped, Shipping Protection cannot be canceled.
7. Important Reminders
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your shipping address, contact details, and order information are correct to avoid delays or claim issues.
- Inspect Upon Delivery: Please check your products immediately upon receipt. If you find any issues, contact support@xcottons.com as soon as possible to start your claim.
