Order Returns
1. How do I return an item?
To return an item, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a free return. Proof of purchase is required.
3. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Can I get a refund if my order hasn't been shipped yet?
If you contact us before 3:00 PM on the same day your order is placed, and your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund and cancel the shipment immediately.
❗️Order Issues – Missing or Short Items
1. I received fewer items than I ordered. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In rare cases, products may lose volume over time due to extended storage or minor valve leakage. Send us your order number and a photo of the product—we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed.
2. Why was my refrigerant product underfilled?
There are two common reasons:
1. The refrigerant may have been in , causing minor natural evaporation.
2. There may have been a slow leak at the valve during shipping or handling.
We do our best to inspect all items before shipping, but if this happens, rest assured we will make it right promptly.
